I did better today. I got a whole roasted chicken at Krogers and had chicken bites dipped in salsa with a cottage cheese fruit cocktail side. 😋

Today I had some canned Yellowstone Angus Beef chili with beans. I was hoping it would be like Marie Callenders angus chili which is no longer available. It was ok but had far too many beans in it. they make a no bean version I might try next.

Rickochet Due to your constant lunch choices, I picked up Wolf Brand chilli with beans. May have heated it a tag long but was not good. Will try others. I normally make chilli but too lazy lately to do much.
