Ping Moonlite carry bag with no Pings. Got this as a 9-hole quick/cheap getaway bag. My Pings will stay in the cart bag.

This one has an M3 driver, Alpha C1 Pro irons 4 - W, Solus 52 degree wedge, Never Compromise Sub 30 S2 putter.

What I am playing the last few weeks of the season. Persimmon woods. Louisville Golf/Dynacraft Elmore Just/Tom Wishon The Cure 10* driver on a TT Dynalite R steel shaft. Louisville Golf Smart persimmon 5 wood 21* on a Swing Science Rappaport Advent Lite graphite R, a Louisville Golf persimmon Niblick 11 wood 30* on a TT Dynalite R steel shaft.

Trying to swing flatter on a flat swing plane with a neutral Hogan grip. Ball teed down hitting more down than a modern tee ball up and hit up on it.

LBlack14 Cuz I can and at my club head speed a 43.50" driver wood goes about as far as 45"+ driver with a lighter graphite shaft and one gets lazy. Aim small miss small. You are a product of your environment is why Landon. Longer lighter drivers don't produce prodigious length in the fairway when you club head speed drops under 90 mph. I am in the fairway with the bulge and roll of a gear effect persimmon wood on a tight course where others could be everywhere gaining 10-15 yards max. And the "feel" sound of a well struck persimmon wood is to die for but younger folks wouldn't know that. LOL Back when clubmaking was an art form not a cut and glue effort of today. I built everything in my bag. AND they are USA heads, shafts and grips. Who else here can say that. That's why! ☺

Today's driver of choice a 16 year old Swing Science 800 driver on a Swing Science 200 Series graphite R shaft at 44.25". This was from the day of triangular head design. Kinda fugly. I pulled an old shaft from it and reshafted thought I better try it before the fall weather gets colder.
