I got a pass for the local golf dome, and a bottle of Jameson's Irish Whiskey aged in Guinness casks.

The best present however, was spending Christmas with our first grandchild. He was born a couple of weeks ago and that's better than anything.

Some kind of putting mat. I actually like it. 9 feet long and the ball comes back to you down a side shoot. Usually I kinda cringe when I get golf stuff but this works for me

The Flu.😏

My wife and mother in law every Christmas make Yorkshire pudding. This year they put too much oil in and it spilled to the bottom of the oven.

Smoked the house up. Opened all the doors and windows and ran all the fans. It eventually cleared out, but I started to feel a sore throat coming on. Thought it was from inhaling the smoke.

Nope, not so lucky. Took a Covid test and it was negative. Had both the Covid and Flu shots in early November. Oh well……

And despite the smoke the Yorkshire pudding came out fine. lol

I caught a cold that came on Christmas Eve. In fact we canceled Christmas so I wouldn’t give it to anybody. It’s a nasty one. I’m on day 7 and it’s miserable.

ode right... I figured that I was going to see about picking it up myself for the cost. If it works like it's supposed to I should get a faster swing out of it... we shall see. I've swung it a few times. It could become quite the workout...

Mine came on quick. I remember years ago a doctor told me the flu usually comes on fairly quickly. Like you real fine one minute and lousy the next.

My sore throat was seemingly instantaneous. Thought it was the smoke because it came on so fast. Then the next day full blown headache, body ache, neck glands were sore, lethargy, cough etc..

My brother in law gave me two dozen Vice Pro Softs. I think they came from his stash because that’s the ball he’s been playing for awhile.

But now he has a connection with Titleist and is playing ProV1’s. Also, my niece asked him what ball I like and he told her Chrome Softs.🙄 Haven’t played them in years.

I’ve been playing strictly Srixon Soft Feels in orange for years. Oh well it’s the thought that counts.😏

Sneakylong Vice Pros are fantastic. I don't think I have ever tried the VP Softs, but the regular VP is one of my favorite balls.

Sparky I recently gave my audio gear to a work friend. I hadn't used it in years. There was a yamaha powered sub, a pair of mid range tower speakers, a technics pro logic receiver and a pioneer 2 well cassette deck. He's heavy into the vinyl resurgence and he was very grateful so I know it will get a lot of love. Still it's kind of sad to see it go.
