LogicalOne gear....
- Edited
The @LogicalOne Santa express stopped by today.
Heads, shafts, ferrules,...box of most everything except salsa and chips.....Thanks Kelly!!
Couldn't stand just looking at them so got to work. I'm still one that likes to check spines, so.....
...not the poor quality I'm used to seeing with spines that would be every direction. I had to check them twice to be sure of what I was seeing here.
Got the 75R. Never expected to have 7 @ 75g and 2 @ 76g. Where the hell are the 72 and 79????
Then on to weighing out the heads... beautiful forged heads btw...with the exception of 1 all are in a 7g gap. (forgot pics) What am I going to do with all these weights I have?
Also got a 5 wd. head. Another surprise with the slightly open, shallow face.
I'm not sure if I'm even qualified for this build, let alone using any of them.
I gotta sell something...need to buy more.
Kelly... you did good.....damn good!! Thanks!
THANK YOU, Rex! You donโt know how much that truly means to me! Although I have a great deal of respect for ALL of the amazing clubs builders here (many who Iโve known for over 20 years), I felt that if I could get your โblessingโ, then I know Iโve for sure done something right.
Again, thank you!
ode Tried to do a 1 pic shot that would show everything necessary. The cavities do have tiny grooves that blurred from flash, I assume.
Love the leading edge on these!! Offset (minimal) is perfect, by my standards any way.
Wedge is also my 'flavor'.....none of that bs 'grind' type. But it is a GW 50ยฐ, so....
Awesome looking heads!! Nothing OS here, no shovels, not even close.
Very minimal size change from head-head. Mid size, player's head, call it what you want. Perfect for my eyes.
Just picked up the neuro x boom head from my mailbox. Kelly was nice enough to throw in a grip and a few other little goodies. Bought the head plus a bunch of weights. It's got a nice matte finish and a beautiful, well made headcover. Another bonus is that callaway shafts will fit, just make sure you use the longer callaway screw according to Kelly. I'm curious to see the spin as the head is a bit shallower than the typical deeper face drivers I hit but compared to my TS4, the horizontal hitting area is huge so should be quite forgiving. Anyways, I'm excited to hit it and will probably start with a shorter, heavier build and see how that goes. Thanks again Kelly.
Speaking of LogicalOne Golf gearโฆโฆ.
Well, I felt like he might be buying more stuff, so I didnโt. But trust me, the pen has been in hand.
