johnnydoom Fortunately for the ACC, it’s more about the money now than it is the championships or playoff exposure.

I don't know that I'm following. It's all about the money throughout the NCAA.

professor The SEC and Big10 dominated for a long time because the best players wanted the exposure that comes with being on top ranked teams. Now, due to NIL, the best players are more concerned with how much money they’ll make this year and will go where the money takes them. Some are even dragging out their college careers because they know they will make more in NIL than any offer they are likely to get from the pros.

Looks like Texas defensive backs are pointing fingers at each other now.

All of a sudden, NEITHER Texas-Clemson nor Steelers-Ravens are close games anymore….!!!

BIG goal line stand for Longhorns!

Clemson was on the verge of bringing it back to one touchdown.

Okay, got your reference. But, if I move past my own stodginess, there's lots more parity now and more kids are getting a chance to play. Hell, the MAC is now getting pretty damn good.

OSU looks weird in red pants.

I missed the start and apparently missed a lot. I wouldn’t have expected Tennessee to get jumped like this.

Tennessee QB took a big hit. It’s a wonder he’s still in the game.

Thought this would be the only good game in the first round and boy was I wrong. Tennessee is less ready for prime time than Indiana and SMU were.

These games suck! I've no horse in the race but was looking forward to this playoff format. I believe there's a Buzzer above who brought up the topic of strength of schedule. I believe that to be an accurate assessment and good observation! I still like the playoff format and we might see more even competition in the next round, especially on neutral turf. Regardless, hat's off to Penn State. I seriously doubted them because they'd played two good squads this year and lost to both. On the other side of that coin is the SMU QB was horrid!
At least the Steeler game was highly competitive for most of the game.

Nice wins by Navy today and Toledo 6OT yesterday!

Nice to see Ward play! He is going to e a good one at the next level IMO. Do either of these teams play D🤔

rsvman2 BYU really kicked some Coach Prime butt!

Colorado just looked awful. Kudos to BYU but this didn't seem like the Colorado team I watched a few times this season.
