johnnydoom Hope Franklin ends up somewhere good if he wants to keep coaching. He used to annoy me but has changed for the better (IMO) over the past few years. Expectations very high for a program 40 years removed from its last national championship, but I guess that is proper and his teams haven't had any playoff success. Sad ending for Allar too coming into a season of sky-high expectations.

Weirfan Never good to see a young, potential future star have a serious injury. Hope he recovers and goes on to success. On the flipside, hard to have any sympathy for Penn State based on their past transgressions
rsvman2 Penn State might do ok without Allar. In the games I have watched over the past couple of years, he really didn't impress me as a guy with an NFL future, at least not as a starter.

johnnydoom Been a bad day to have johnnydoom rooting for you. Memphis lost their QB and the game. Ole Miss lost to Georgia. And Miss St. looks like they’re going to lose to Florida. Well. Memphis should have gotten their game to overtime and Miss St. should have had a field goal attempt to win. But both were stupid and earned the L’s.
