rsvman2 I get confused by things I read, here and on the internet at large. They want to dump the coach, for team failure to win, yet 'professor' says(in the NFL thread), after I said to 'watch this coach'..........
"Personally, I think the responsibility for failure falls squarely on the players. I also believe that the "front office" or GM is more important than the coaches. But what do I know...? How does one blame "scheme" or "formation" when players don't execute?"
