shokosugi There's a taylormade tour issue club (fixed hosel) that I have mild interest in locally. The guy told me it is 12.75 deg loft and 2 deg open. Does being 2 deg open change the loft at all or would that be reflected already? Basically I want to know if being open face will launch lower than a standard head. It also has a longer hosel. The club in question is an sldr mini. I have a 12 deg that spins and launches a bit high for my liking so wondering if this tour issue club would be any different. I guess what I am really asking for is a reason to buy a club i don't need 😆
DonM shokosugi Whatever the loft is, if you square up the open face, the loft will decrease. No way to know if the stated loft is as it sits open or after being squared up.
