customgolfcenter What's strange is the irons were initially on the USGA conforming list, but then they went away. I'm guessing the manufacturer ran into production issue or wasn't able to meet their demands, so they had to take the design to another manufacturer and resubmit it to USGA for approval. Just my $0.02.

customgolfcenter The vast majority of golfers out there don't know how to build golf clubs. Stuff like Golfworks, SMT, Hireko, etc, certainly offer a much better value, but that option only appeals to the maybe 0.5% of golfers who build their own clubs.
customgolfcenter P.S. I ordered a set to try them out of curiosity. I also want to put together a full "Kirkland" bag just for fun! Already have the wedges, the putter, the balls, the gloves, now the irons.... just need the driver to complete the set.
