I don't know. I have a mixed reaction. Golf is typically considered an "individual" sport. Ryder Cup does require the intrinsic of teamwork. So, sometimes comradery and temperament have their place and value. On the other hand, it's a shame that Keegan isn't included solely on merit.

Good to see Fowler keep his outstanding Ryder Cup record going...
Can't wait to hear the Chumlee excuses, and blame the LIv defectors for not being "eligible" for the team, but hey, as long as the group is all happy and touchy feely it's all good. LOL

They were "eligible" but Farmer Johnson and his lack of Internet ("couldn't watch them play") was one excuse, and then he also re-upped his ridiculous stance recently, saying based on the points system, the others were picked. As I said before, he's a puppet and should never be heard from again in any Ryder Cup talk, aside from ridiculed.

I was looking at the pairings and thought, wouldn't a DJ/BDC pairing look much better than a Fowler/Morikawa pairing, especially against weak link Lowry, but what do I know.
