Europe does not seem to miss the LIV players and put a young and strong team together; but everybody (on both sides) is asking if the USA could have done a lot better with better captain picks. This will surely reignite the debate about LIV.
Just like in Paris the course layout demonstrates one does not need a roll-back on the equipment to produce interesting golf. Narrow fairways with killer roughs on the side and somewhat slower greens that allow for more interesting pin positions: requires more skill than force to play such a course (like the game was intended initially).
Homa and Morikawa impressed most with very solid performances on such a Euopean style course. Won't be surprised if those 2 will put the 1st red on scoreboard. 1st two matches is the clash of titans and promisses some great fun to watch from both sides.
