He was using a Krank LD driver, and his ball speeds on his drives were well over 190 mph. At one point they showed his yardage average and I want to say it was 324.

The guy has always had game. He was o the of it for a while, mostly based on injuries. He has had to go through some pretty tough PT to get back to playing well.

Goofy hats off to Bryson. That's a heck of a competitive rounds of golf no matter what tour you are on. Even Typhoon would have lost to Bryson today! 😁

Good point. But long par-5s where three shot holes for these guys. For example, David Duval's average driving distance was 283 yards in 1999.

pellmell Given the fact that the PGA Tour's avg. driving distance is now at 299.+, 96 players are over that, I guess anyone shooting the LOWEST SCORE EVER on tour will mean nothing.

58 is 58, I can’t do that in mini golf. It’s not like it’s a fluke, he shot 61 the day before, he was absolutely on fire. I know he’s a goofy guy, but he’s a hell of a talent, like him or not.

No need to change any rules. There are none. Most buzzers, we are not dead flying buzzards, believe in the ability to express an opinion.
Whether it be contrary to others thoughts. It's still ones opinion.

Here's a compilation of most of his shots, takes 10 minutes.
Great drive, wedge, putt. Rinse and repeat. Man, he was flawless.
Lot of straight putts. How come I never get those?

DonM worth the watch.....and although what I expected there were only a few kick ins. He made a lot of 8-15 foot putts. Striped it off the tee and played very well into the greens + a hot putter...IMO, the most underrated part of his game. If he chips, pitches (sand included) just decent he's formidable foe!
