sdandrea1 My personal opinion is that the G400 series (driver, fw, hybrids and irons) were a step function better than any predecessors. That's not to say that the G series was bad in launch, playability, etc. My experience was more in looks, feel, sound.
Sneakylong I had the Ping G 3&5 SFT woods. Also had the G400 3&5 SFT woods. Still have the G400 SFT 7 wood. Now I have the G425 SFT 3&5 woods. All are very good. The shallow profile makes them easier to hit off the deck. All were the same distance wise. Probably could’ve stayed with the G’s and saved me some money. 😏
Sneakylong backinit The sft has some draw weighting, correct? Correct. Basically heel side weighting moves the center of gravity more towards the heel which will give you slightly more toe side gear effect. Good for golfers who lose the ball to the right. Left side bias if you will. Easier to turn it over for a draw.
