TM still owns Adams. This is going to be a DTC operation aimed at value minded golfers.
IMO, these look like rebranded versions of the TM RBZ value line... which might be a good thing from a brand perspective. It gives TM the opportunity to recycle the RBZ name back into their premium products the same way they ar with the Burner (or BRNR). It also does away with the "negative" stigma many have of the RBZ line when it was recycled to be a house brand for Dicks. The allows TM to reset their value line in the mind of the consumer in a positive manner. Don't be surprised if you see Adams in the hands of some Champions Tour players eventually.
Also of note, as Adams did purchase what was left of Yes! putters in 2011 before they were bought by TMAG in 2012, these putter offerings feature the exact same C-Groove technology. They actually dug out the original tooling to make sure the C-Groove wa done right.
