Hey Rex, here is a pic of my JB puller. It has a couple of add ons that your customers might like. I took an old grip, cut it down to about 4" and put it on the jack handle. Also, look at the handle on the jack valve. It is a nut that has been tapped and threaded on the side and has a bolt through it to tighten against the valve stem. I don't know if it came with the jack from JB or if the previous owner did this but it makes actuating the valve easier. You could also use a drill bit depth stop that is already tapped for a set screw and put a bolt in it.
