Do all callaway gloves suck?

2 rounds is not good. I would ask for a replacement.
I generally put a new glove in play every 10-15 rounds and always a new glove before every competitive round.

Do you use chord grips ? They are definitely harder on gloves.

Typhoon I have a footjoy glove that is about 3 years old in my bag.

pellmell That's a good theory, but it was tucked in a small zipped compartment with 2 other gloves.

I've had excellent luck with Red Rooster gloves. A little pricey but they last forever.

Every time I buy a "premium" glove it doesn't last. I went through $20+ FJ and TM gloves last year way too quickly; maybe 6 rounds each. The best for me was Zero Friction; 2-pack for < $20. Lost count of the rounds with those. I prefer the cheaper gloves with the Lycra mesh that stretches and breathes over the real leather.

The issue I had with Callaway gloves was the velcro closure just wasn't strong enough. I would make a swing and the closure would open right up. Just not enough grip in the type of materials they chose.

I still have one of those in my bag, I believe, but I never use it.

I do have some of the Kirkland Signature gloves that I have not used yet as I have a few of the ones from Golf Mart bulk bin left that I am using for now which were about $6 each.

OP, do you grip towards the butt end, i.e. grip cap? I have a tendency to do that and am hard on gloves. I try to find gloves with the palm/heel pad. The Nike Dura Feel, forget the #, they were dura-ble🙃. Grey heel/palm pad and grey thumb.

That pic is what happened to the MG golf glove after a few rounds of use...hole in the heel/palm.

I sent in an email to callaway customer service and they asked me to call in. I called in this morning and I was told it was a Dick's exclusive and I had to take it to Dick's. Guess where this glove is going soon...guess what I will not be buying again...

It’s amazing how many things are exclusive to them and not shown for instance on Callaway or TaylorMade’s website.
Usually if a glove wears over time in that spot it’s because the butt end of the club is moving in your hands. I know not in your case

We heard from some members that Dick's offers a golf glove protection plan. Go in and buy a glove and ask for the protection plan. For around $5, you get a plan that allows you to bring the glove back and have it replaced free of charge with the same kind of glove or similar. The members we talked with said that they have gotten easily 5 new gloves for free using it.

I don't know if all Dick's do this, but check into it.
