I thought the shallow hex simple design and the dimple-in-dimple were supposed to help with that. So that would me the Maxflis and the TopFlites, I think.
Beyond that, balls that are advertised as low spin off the shriner are usually pretty good, like the Bridgestone E6.
But like Steve said, the more you play in wind, the better you get at it. Sometimes I actually score better when the wind is up. I guess it is because it forces me to focus a lot more on the shot at hand and on course management. I remember one day the weather was good on the front nine but as we were coming up the ninth hole the wind began to kick up and the temp dropped about 8 degrees in about five minutes. By the time we made the then it was blowing about 25-30 mph. I ended up shooting 43 on the front but 37 on the back, when the conditions were much, much worse.
