Weirfan Weird that they aren't sending them out in the normal reverse order
Looks like the normal way of allocating tee times for a two-tee start after the cut - the top half of the field from the 1st with highest score first/lowest score last, and the bottom half of the field from the 10th with lowest score first/highest score last.
