I know that feeling. I bought one in the fall, a year ago and haven't used it yet. I've got the net/cage taking up a lot of room in my garage and don't seem to get around to completing downloading the software into my lap top. I must admit, it's partly due to my lack of computer knowledge. I can use them for what I really need but to do something new on my own I have problems. I paid $300 last year for the software license and didn't use it at all. Now I've got another $200 in the license for this year and still haven't used it... and I like golf. 🤯

I'd like one of those too but I think you have room for both, the way it looks in the picture. Then we all can play games at your place next winter.

😂😂I was thinking the same thing.

We have sewer and had an issue at Christmas. Then nothing until a couple weeks ago. Had the plumber come to clean the heating system and check on what was going on with the back up. He didn’t really do anything. Week later upstairs shower, toilet and sinks would backup downstairs drain pipe. Drain guy came this time, used an auger down the roof vent pipe… probably and animal went down the pipe.

Typhoon Not good. I think of northeast and smaller pipes due to older neighborhoods. I don't want to suffer as @Rickochet but a nice selling point is new pipes. Plan on selling my house next spring and trying to think of these things to fix.

My house was built in 1966 and plumbed with 4"cast iron waste pipes. In 2016 after a back up we had the line looked at and a camera revealed two breaks in the line from the house to the sewer main. So we had to dig up the front yard to an 8' depth and replace with plastic. In the process we replace the cast iron pipes inside the house also. I was amazed when I looked at pipes inside after they took them down. The pipe rots from the inside and layers flake off to where the inside diameter was very small, particularly the vertical pipe. I have seen recent adds about some type of liner they can put in old pipes now in certain situations that limit digging.

We’re not in an old neighborhood… houses built in the 1970’s. And it was all septic at that time here. At some point all the houses from one end of the street to mine were converted to sewer. After my house some houses might still have septic

Own well and septic equals free. Had my tank pumped years ago just for peace of mind. Driver said wouldn't have needed it. We don't put any grease down the drain or use a garbage disposal.

On my 7th house now, all but 1 was/is on sewer. My house in Oscoda MI was septic and I fed it RID-X monthly and never had an issue. Owned the house for 5 years. No issue either with pipes for the sewer either.

My current house was built in '82, thinking about pipes as I plan to sell next spring. Not seen any issues with homes in my neighborhood.
