SMT LBlack14 He's OK. We chat about long drive, the industry, and he chatted about how he is in pretty good shape, but hates to have to rely on people to get around. All in all, lotsa of laughs.. until next time.
Cwing PING G25 & K15. Callaway Mavrik Sub Zero. Loved the sound / feel. Heavy weight back, lofted up and 44”shaft. On bad days it could get the best of me. That stated, if I can find a clean reasonably priced 10* head. I’ll pick it up.
ThePhillB Speaking of Horsepower Golf…..the original prototype was a solid performer, a crack resigned it to a “practice” club. The production design was definitely much more classic looking both at address and in overall appearance. Good performer as well but the massive face of the original was much more confidence promoting.
ThePhillB sdandrea1 Heck I still played a set of Snake Eyes FC-01 gunmetal irons for over 10 years, finally retired them last year.
Bravopilot Jelopster Should be some interesting political snarks to come. I agree with one and the thread title.😎
Jelopster Bravopilot not a political take, just what I found on a google search of old people driving car
Spuzz Rickochet rootbeer colored head SMT 02 was root beer colour. No idea what, if any, other Horsepower heads there were after that.
DC300 Rickochet pretty sure it was just the O2 that had that color, the HP420 was blue iirc. Had one, didn’t last long, broke the face on it. That’s when I could get after it, it’s been too long 😂
UnholyDefenestrator78 what older driver was awesome but you had to get rid of it because the tin cannon sound was too annoying?
AdamMH UnholyDefenestrator78 I do remember the HTEC 460, as good as it was, being incredibly loud if I really nutted one.
DC300 Mattyv never hit that particular one, I believe it’s an all Beta Ti head, a more expensive version of the original BOM. If I actually used any of the club I have, I’d offer to buy it from you lol.
