Nope, just the % that volunteered a response.
Kind of like in an election with 60% turnout you have to assume the rest have an opinion/preference, but they chose not to share it.
With that said, I did offer an "apology" for overestimating, I assume you skipped that post.
I'm not ashamed to own up to my errors.
