Including tax, The 2023 Pro V1 and 1x are $82.50 / dozen in Canadian dollars. I believe TP5 are the same.....crazy....thank goodness I don't buy golfballs.

I was told that the main Golf Retail outlet up here has removed now these new and expensive balls from floor displays and if you want some, they get them for you from the back.

I'll play the Pro V1....IF I find one on the course!! Otherwise, I'll stay in the $20 per dozen price range. At
my age and ability, who am I trying to kid! The Top Flite Hammer Control, Callaway Super Soft, even the Kirklands
and others in that price range do just fine!

The supersoft is a really good ball. I use them exclusively in Spring and Fall
think it's only 38 compression .

AVX is my goto ball in competitions and serious games.

fatshot I find nothing wrong at all with the Kirkland balls. I gave one to a friend, he didn't really care for it (doesn't like spin), he have it to another one of our friends and he loved it.

I don't know about the latest model, but I hated the original. Same price as the ProV1, but worse around the greens than the Supersoft. Tour B RXS is similarly bad IMO 🤮

From what I hear, at $60 the prov1 is well worth it since you can't hit a bad shot with them.🍺😭

KCee I agree about the AVX. It was very short off the tee, and I've never seen a ball do that, except for the other you also mention; I find that a bit odd. Glad I only tried a sleeve of each.

I thought they were fine off the tee, but they just wouldn't check at all on chips and pitches. I don't see the point of paying extra for a urethane covered ball that's like a superball around the greens. On full(er) shots I thought the ball was fine, but so is the Supersoft at a much lower cost.

My feelings exactly. My daughter in law gave me a dozen of them the year before last and I believe I still have
11 of them left. I don't know what I'll do with them.

backinit I like the Kirkland myself. It seems like my swing gets maximum carry with the spin from this ball.

The AVX is the lowest spin of all the Titleist premium balls, could be why some struggle with it distance wise.

It’s also a low trajectory flight ball (dimple pattern I assume). I’m a high ball / high spin hitter with driver. The AVX works very well for me off the tee even though I give up distance with it being too soft. I hit it further than the PV1x type balls that just go too high

Eguller I'm gonna get in on that this year. Jake likes them, but has a tendency to hit them out of sight and cannot be found. (as he tells it) I'll load him up with some of these.
