For all the gurus out there a question. If a driver head can be made at 460 cc and max COR with 9-6-4 to, what is the advantage of more expensive beta or sp7...

I don't know if there is any performance issue but SP700 most always has a better feel for me.

I got a lot of choices but I'm still always looking at what's new. All of these drivers a eight years old or more but I don't see anything out there that works better.

Picked up an Alpha V2 recently -- I've had some of their older and newer, but never that one. What a great stick. Came with the Alpha Platinum shaft -- it's still winter but it's been solid.

ptjn1201 I used to game one of those; hit some of the longest drives of my life with that baby. Good stick.

My newest is an SMT Indio that was super cheap from DTG. All they had was 9.5 but I used a low kick Fuji fit shaft on sale for about 15 bucks and it plays awsome

Tinker Sorry for buying up a lot of the low lofts.😒 But for $10 it couldn't be helped.

That La Jolla you have there is a sleeper, correct? Very surprising heads that most gave no second thought to. Still got a couple myself.

edit: DTG/Indio heads......I see lower lofts on their site right now.

LBlack14 Yes sir! I grabbed one a few months ago, it's a great head!

LBlack14 Yeppers, but ya got to have the 'swing' for these heads; all that's left are 5.5, 6.5, 7.5.
Think I got 4 of them. Played a 7.5 the past 2 seasons. Long MoFo! $10 shaft in her too!!

They do have a higher launch than what you'd think.

Think I got the last 9.5° at slightly higher price. Love the look. The face is longer than I prefer, supposed to be more forgiving but, can't get over it.

Par4QC Yeah I have a dirt cheap shaft in mine too, a $7 ProjectX PXv from Hireko! And then a $9 grip, LOL (Golf Pride MCC Plus4). She's a bomber all right! Love the feel and sound of it too.
