Redbreast 12 year is wonderful as a sipping Irish Whiskey.
It isn't cheap, but isn't too bad. Green Spot is just under it price wise but not as much flavor.
If you prefer rum, our friends went to Florida and brought us back some Papa's Pilar Marquesas Blend Earnest Hemmingway rum. Finished in Whiskey barrels. Really tasty stuff.
