fatshot My wife and I were sitting in the den today and we both saw something swoop down from over our house and land in the vacant lot next to us. It was an eagle! We live just 1/2 mile from a metropark and about 4-5 miles from the western end of Lake Erie. Our local high school where I taught is nicknamed the "Eagles" due to the abundance of these in the area. Anyway Mrs. Fatshot snuck out the door, got as close as she could, and captured this pic of the bird with her phone....
MidwayJ A buddy took this drone shot today at Fontana Dam, NC. Our trip to Tennessee and North Carolina with the Mustang gang has been a blast!
Bravopilot candukid Very nice. Loved flying in the northern latitudes at night, reminds of those times.
Supp This is a picture of Flight ANA 110 All Nippon Airlines from Tokyo to New York flying over my home course, the Willows, taken on May 10 at 10:40 am. I used the app FlightRadar24 to identify the plane.
Spuzz Supp I used the app FlightRadar24 to identify the plane. I use that one too, but I'm not in a flight path area. It's quiet here, except for the occasional Orange Air copter, Copper Copter, or private float plane. 🙂
Supp Spuzz We've got a lot of international flights going overhead. And of course lots of flights coming and going locally.
Typhoon Ate at this old Italian place. Last update was around the year 2000. Dark, dingy, waitresses smoking with 3” of ash off the end of the cig. I asked if the artwork was for sale. Wife called me an asshole.
SVonhof Hole 5 on Pinehurst #2 before the US Open. We are going to be playing it 4 days after the Open is finished, God help us!
