Good work !!! I'm still on that long term plan myself. Played from ~ 15 years old till ~ 25 years old then took 20 years off. Picked it up again at 45 and almost 17 years later still waiting. Kind of reminds me of when my uncle started going tuna fishing back in the mid 1970's.
Back then he fished with guys who had been tuna fishing for 20 plus years and never caught one. He caught one after a couple years in.
You never know when lightning will strike so to speak. Played with a guy who had golfed all his life and he died never getting one. Played with another guy who played all his life and he's in his mid 70's and still waiting. There's a woman at my club who has had 2 in one day. Crazy game........
I think I can hit my 54 degree wedge maybe 85 yards. 120 would be an all out pitching wedge or a nice easy 9 iron for me.
