Release CB65 M3 Anyone had experience with this shaft ? Typhoon, are you paying attention ? It's counter balanced old school ( well older than the newer ones )
Typhoon I know Frank tried an Accra on me, I'd have to look on the printout he gave me to see which one. The only thing I see with this one is the soft tip. The CB shafts he had me in, like the HZRDUS yellow are stiff in the tip.
Release Typhoon Tip torque 2.6 is too soft ? I understand the M3 is supposed to be a regular flex, believe me, it's not the OEM R flex. You probably had a M4, or M5 Could be CB 55 for lighter weight or CB 75 if you like the heft.
Typhoon Release See if they have the HZRDUS yellow 63 gram 6.0 or Kiyoshi hb on there. Those were the ones that fit me best. I have a rogue io 60 to try too. That is counterbalanced some too with a stiff tip.
ode I never understood those shaft charts vs. a profile that TW, scotts33, golfnut2400, etc., those I could understand, but the above make no sense to me, don't know what I'm looking at.
Release Typhoon I won't be going back thee for awhile. Just epoxy the Tour Z into the Adams adapter for Speedline Tech. Have the 8.5° and the 10.5° to try on. My gut feeling is that the 10.5° head will do better because it's s bit soft. Softer could be nicer to my shoulders with the 9 coming in. I will keep an eye on the HZRDUS or the Kiyoshi hb when I swing by again. He does have new shafts but I did not bothered to look because they'll be close to $300 range.
Release Typhoon Let's see, is that the one kept going left for me ? Probably not. It traveled from Colorado to Seattle then to you. Someone had paid more on the postage than the shaft itself 😄 I would be interested in that Adams driver-some years ago....... but I'm happy with the Speedline Tech. Maybe in the future a Taylormade when my kids are out of school.
