sdandrea1 I think what's really going on is a lot of us don't really care that it's true. They're stupid expensive and probably won't change our scores. What's the point?
Why hello there!
I have found over time, that for me, as long as I get my lies bent to my flat specs, it makes no difference what the head is. The biggest concern for me is the correct soft steel that allows that to happen. I also like to do my own.
None of these flex face distance irons qualify, as well as most OEM stuff.
Those that do qualify, are likely so expensive that the actual improvements over my older stuff result in negative value.
An upgrade in shafts, not heads, is the way to go, imo.
