Sneakylong KCee Half the kids today don't want to get their license. My youngest is a senior in high school and doesn't want to drive and many of her friends don't either. I couldn't wait as a 16 year old and she is 18 now!
I don't get this myself, but it seems more common these days. A few of us couldn't wait for driver ed in high school so we enrolled in a driving school in Hyannis to get our drivers license quicker.
It was a father and son school. The father would come down to Harwich and pick us up after school. We'd drive around and do errands for the father. lol It was well worth it for us.
My kids were in no hurry to get their license either. In fact my youngest, Jesse… the auto school called to tell us his classes were expiring soon and he had to finish!
It’s worse now too because nobody needs to go to the store, you shop online and we all know nobody works anymore so you don’t have to go to work. A lot of people that do work complain so they work from home. So people forget how to drive…. It’s like sex with the wife for me…
