Typhoon most people who have played around with engines should already know that cool air is denser than warm air. Which is why car companies have been relocating air filters and air intakes to places away from the top of the engine, so that they can get that cooler, denser air, that results in better power, and mileage. The cooler temps do two things, give us denser air for the balls to pass through, and cooler temps so that balls don't compress as easily compared to the summer.

Under the topic of Keeping it Simple… I’m tired of everything being 75 fuckin steps. I need to throw out a little helium tank from the party store we used for balloons. So it says to go to the mfg website, then recycle, then find a recycle place, then your state, then your county, then a million places are shown on the map… not alphabetically amd you can’t filter. I find one the next town over. But they list the snobby towns as the only ones who can go to their town to drop it off.

So you know what? The fuckin thing goes in the trash this week.

Typhoon easier way, call the recycling center nearest you, hey you recycle helium tanks? Yes, cool. No? Ok thanks. On to the next place...
Has to be less headache than looking on a website for a place.
Easiest way is to not bother and toss it in the trash. Let the trash service recycle it...

Typhoon My be surprising to you, but I did know this. 😲
It's why balls fly farther in hotter weather, due to the humidity/moisture in the air. It is the 'lift'. Balls don't balloon much in October.

I love golf in the Fall, with the bounce/roll. I just hate the 'apparel' needed those days.

sdandrea1 It might become circular pretty quickly..... maybe a crappy swing is one that can't produce a low score? In which case your swing is good no matter how bad it looks provided you can score well?

Well let’s see… this is tough actually because a shit swing can still make center contact but never have the ball find the golf course. A shit swing can also NEVER make center contact and this never find the golf course either… so….maybe just “Shitty Golfer”. And that brings me to the Toby Keith song on YouTube… “Shitty Golfer.”

A shit swing could manage to square the clubface and score well but it’s unlikely it’s work on every type of shot and hold up.

Again, what Scott says is right… you want to score consistently well, you need good fundamentals.

If you are working on MDLT I guarantee your swing doesn't look like crap if you grasp the Jones/MDLT swing concept. 😉

I really like this Annika drill for right handed golfers that are right hand dominant. Goes along with the KISS method and not over thinking the golf swing. Very simplistic even weight swing to release the golf club with weight forward.
