colej DC300 St. Andrew’s is worth every penny they charge for it. The ball lower on the ground goes a long way there. In the past I had hit a very high cut or high straight ball. I was put with a couple older gentleman that were hitting low running piss missiles that went just about as far as I did. There’s also a nice museum right next door, if you’re into that sort of thing. https://www.worldgolfmuseum.com/
DC300 colej I will get there, guess I’ll use the 3 wood off the tee for my version of the stinger. I use it when it’s windy here, the ball never gets more than maybe 35ft in the air and just bores, great for the summer months too.
sdandrea1 fatshot When you get to a certain age, your golf game doesn't travel very well. Yeah. My bucket list just has one golf item on it. Keep playing.
Bravopilot Cwing The Highland course is rated very high in VA, lots of great reviews. A tad pricey for me and my game (lack of). Looks very nice and nice to add on your way to NC.
Typhoon Cwing Make sure your legs/cardio are in shape for walking! The 2 pros from our course and some friends went on a trip like that and they made sure they walked a couple weeks here before going.
Cwing Body is ready. Game? Not so sure so……. Prep: just played 7-days in a row down in Myrtle a few weeks ago. been walking since retirement. Walk multiple times per week. No less than 2.2 miles and up to 5.25 miles each time. selected to product test the Golfforever app / workout system over on GWrx. It took about 2-weeks of use and then I’ve not needed Icy Hot type of products in several months and that includes the period in which I played 7 consecutive.
Cwing Second time to Pinehurst. Same group and we played the following in 2018: Pinehurst #4 Dormie Club Pine Needles Tobacco Road. Loved #4 and Tobacco Road.
