DC300 I find Ping to be a fairly reasonably priced big OEM.
Great post, but Ping is among the leaders in the industry and by any definition, a "big OEM".
A bad putter or a putter that you are not fully comfortable with will be a detriment to your game and your enjoyment of the game.
Oddly for the past 40+ years I have used the same putter, An old Arnold Palmer AP30. I have always purchased them when I would see one in someone's bag or at a golf show. I now have 17 replacements... just in case. HAHAHA
The part that sticks with me on this particular product is that it is fundamentally the same as it has been for decades and decades. I don't give a rip how many pieces it is or what modern construction they are touting. It's the very same shape as the Answer of decades past.
If they could make the Anser 2 and sell it back then for around a hundred bucks, and could be purchased on eBay for a small portion of that fee, give it a try and hope that you find something you love.
