Had they taken out the insert and redid the gasket , then it's well worth the money. Cutting off the middleman's share.
If you have old cleaning cloth for spectacles ( I have tons from Costco ) or the fine grade microfiber cloth from Harbor Freight ( sometimes they have free coupon with any purchase ), use baby oil and wipe it down a few times a year.
The key is to keep moisture away from the putter head, first thing to do is remove the putter cover after playing in a humid condition. Also spray dry silicone spray inside the putter cover will keep it dry.
The refinishing work looks great, I might use them in the future.
