So far, You guys had mentioned, the elements related to the lost of distance with senior golfers.
-flexibility
-Old age
-physical problems related to injury and surgery.
And you had offered remedy to cure the issues. Which method is realistic to be followed through with positive results ?
We all know what we need to do to delay the natural process but really, anyone is doing something which we could do rather easily ?
Replacing long irons with hybrid is a great idea which I am gradually moving into that direction. 1-3 irons are not easy to play off the turf any longer , yes, the hybrids are less work and don't need a lot of practice once understand the right way to use it.
Increase flexibility had been my goal in the past 7-8 years especially after the injury. I also noticed a lost of muscle mass ( not difficult to do by looking in the mirror after shower ).
I'm doing this to try to find the real life experience form everyone, not what we should do and never been able to get to it. Something we could benefit from the discussion, So, please don't copy and paste what you found from the internet.
Whatever you had tried and did not work well could benefit us from dipping into the same trap, so please share what works for you and what did not.
