sdandrea1 I like the Trackman views on PGA golf tourneys. It shows the ball flight, high and loooong, but never shows that 'number' when it landed in the water. 😂

My numbers seem to match up on the course and on Trackman. You guys realize as long as Trackman is set up correctly it works. If it’s crazy windy, use the normalize function so it tells you how the ball would go without wind. You pick the elevation, you pick the hardness of the greens, the fairways, fringe bounce…. It’s accurate if set up right

Sneakylong the 249 was an anomaly but shows potential I guess. It wasn't downhill or downwind I just hit it really well. I rely on roll out. I find higher loft is just that for me higher and shorter. I go low loft and let it roll. Looking forward to the hard turf in Vegas next week

Sounds good. I'm just the opposite. I want as much carry as possible to carry bunkers, junk and water. And although Florida is fairly flat we play early morning golf where there's lots of dew on the grass, so not much roll to be had.

You finally get it!! Us cavemen don't need Trackman!!!!! Never said it was wrong. I just argue it's a waste of my time. I'd rather play real golf.

Nobody gets 30 more yards unless it’s a very old and poorly fit driver.

If you have 2 lengths of pvc pipe and you want to see how long each one is compared to the other…. What do you do? You measure each one. You can look and see that one is a bit longer than the other BUT, the only to tell by how much is to measure each one vs. the other.

That’s how Trackman works. You hit your club and the other one and it’s measures for you.

Yes, I find it interesting as I do most technology. How shit works is always on my radar. I don't like what I see as far as numbers, but I've accepted reality and still enjoy the game. 😉
