pellmell If you look at the seam in the floor it appears that the shaft is forward and not square at address.

This is the way I received it and I assume this is the standard setting. Are the markings on the adapter?

pellmell yes, that dot that's partially visible under the hosel indicates std. loft which is how mine shipped as well.

The 'sitting open' bit I don't get. Can't you just set the club straight behind the ball? Are you saying that it naturally wants to sit that far open? Even if so, that doesn't mean it would return to the ball open like that, right? I mean, if you set upmwith it squareju should be an e to return but square, right? Or am I missing something else?

rsvman2 It's sitting at 6 degrees open. I don't know what the specification is, but let's say at the standard setting the face angle is manufactured to be 1 degree open. With a tolerance of +/- 1 degree that would make 2 degrees open at most. Turning the face square at impact would reduce the loft.

Have you put it on a club gauge where the shaft is perpendicular to the front of the gauge? Just from your picture the shaft doesn’t look perpendicular to the target line. I’m not saying it’s not off but something in that picture doesn’t look right.

colej I'll have it measured in a gauge tomorrow.

colej I had it measured at Golfmart. It does sit open, but when the face is squared the loft measures 9 degrees. I was told some soles on adjustable drivers are not designed to be used as a reference for measuring purposes, which I don't understand.

Just got another PXG delivery. Christmas gift for my mother. Got her a 12* 0211. Open the box... Wrong shaft, wrong grip, wrong loft, most importantly wrong dexterity. Can't wait to call them when the Canadian phone lines reopen. PXG... WTF 😂 I got somebody else's stick!! The invoice is correct.
