Western Pennsylvania down to $3.67…I believe we are at $.75/ gal road tax and going up…We have the 2nd worst roads in Country and the worst conditioned bridges in the Country…It won’t be long before no one can get to Pittsburgh because the bridges will be closed. You cannot go to Pittsburgh without traveling over a bridge…Where, oh where does all the gas money go since they began collecting it in the 1930’s???
