I didn’t buy my first house until I was 35 years old in 1990. Got a 15 year mortgage for 9%. Refinanced two years later to a 10 year term at 7%.

I remember people camped out in front of banks in the early 80’s trying to get an FHA loan when mortgage rates were over 18%. It’s all relative.

Just got my Tour Edge e522 hybrids 20 minutes ago. Immediately unboxed them and started hitting them behind my house. These things are magic. Bought the 3 and 4. Going to order the 5. And yes, they hit way nicer than the Cobra dws's that I have played for years. High and long, and straight.

That’s great 😃 I’ve got a golfing buddy who bought a whole bag (driver, 4 wood, irons) of tour edge clubs last year. He’s always been Titleist or Taylormade on his irons and he’s very happy with his Tour edge irons.
