There’s an old adage. Don’t fight the Fed (Federal Reserve). As interest rates rise assets like stocks and real estate go down.
We’ve been in a period of very low interest rates for years now. Hence a rising stock market and real estate market. We don’t know if this rise of inflation is temporary or not.
Historically the market did go sideways between 1966 and 1982. And we remember interest rates in the high teens in the early 80’s, which Fed Chief Paul Volcker did to bring inflation down.
As far as 401k’s. Diversification is the key. Timing the market is risky. As far as hybrids go. I have 4 Cobra FMax hybrids that work great for me.
I haven’t bought a club in quite sometime. Shooting the same scores. Lol. Trying new or recycled epiphanies is cheaper than buying new or used clubs.😉
