SVonhof I have three recipes that I use so far. Two are just regular white bread recipes and the third is the multigrain I showed. All are better than anything you can find at most stores, but the the multigrain is really excellent (b the harder to make--wouldn't recommend for a beginner).
Stand mixer can do most of the work for you. For a simple, almost foolproof recipe and instructions, go to Youtube and search for Joshua Weissman white bread recipe. He goes through it in detail, and if you follow the directions, you will end up with a really solid sandwich bread.
