bigshank 19 lb brisket went on at 8:30 last night. Got up at 6 and wrapped it. Back on the smoker. I’m guessing done between 9:30/10:30ish.
BobA I cooked a ham, made crockpot applesauce, and a peach cobbler. (Made the rolls and ice cream yesterday) The mac & cheese, green beans, and a cake were brought by my kids and their spouses. My princess, Ellis. hopes everyone had their Christmas wishes come true!
sdandrea1 We did our normal Christmas feast yesterday. Two of the kids, their spouses and 6 grands were in. Prime Rib, crab casserole, green bean casserole, mashed taters, Mac&cheese, rolls, salad, chocolate pie, apple pie.
