I made hamburger buns from scratch for our burgers on the fourth of July. I always make my own burger buns. They are so much better than store bought.
I usually make them the day of, but I am working this fourth of July so I wasn't sure I would have enough time. Meanwhile, I made a sandwich with one for my lunch tomorrow. I put all of them in a bread bag and put it into the refrigerator. This will keep them very fresh so they will taste like they were just made once we heat them up.
