We have a basic one but it is a Ninja brand. Hell now they make full size ovens that have air fryers built into them. 😱

I'm not cooking ANYTHING!!! It is currently 102° at home. 107° at the barn. The highs were 107 at home and 110 at the barn. I still have some coleslaw in the fridge. I'll eat that when I finally get home. I'm currently in Menlo Park where it is 94 currently. I'm waiting for the show to finish so I can load up and head home... Thank God I have a cooler full of water on ice... And that the AC works like it should...

I didn't cook but I ate. We have one White Castle hamburger joint in town and it had been closed for rehab since Feb.. It re-opened last week and the lines have been huge. As I came out of Krogers today about lunch time I noticed that the lines at Whitey's were small so I went through the drive up. I took home a bag of sliders. We don't eat there often but occasionally get a craving. And after the long closure these were especially good. So now, a good nap and a good fart or two are in order. 😜

They made some sourdough crostini that paired nicely with the Shakshuka. Very good for a vegetarian option.
