Belgian street food (not available in France so I have to make my own): real Belgian fries fried twice in ox-fat (as opposed to French fries fried only once and in vegitable oil) with a dash of mayo and with chicken curry 'kroket'. Once a year my past creeps up on me and I'm longing for this, but this year I realy nailed the taste of the real chicken 'kroket'. The secret is in the curry... π
