Jelopster Chicken thighs in a soy/ginger/garlic marinade, Ramin noodles (the good kind, not the packet of salt ones), and stir fried broccoli.
Sarnella Made beef enchiladas, refried beans with all the add-ons and an Alaskan Amber ale. For me and the wife and our daughter and 2 grandkids (no beer for the kids)
Walterjn Sarnella For me and the wife and our daughter and 2 grandkids (no beer for the kids) Well that doesn't quite sound fair to the daughter. If she's giving you 2 grandkids, she should be allowed a beer or 3... 😁
mulegolf LBlack14 6, w/cinnamon butter. They're addicting. I'm with you, except for the cinnamon butter. I don't care for that. I have them bring me just the whipped butter like they use for the sweet and baked potatoes.
ode I made up some beans and rice. Mix of red and kidney beans, green pepper, onion, andouille sausage, broth, Cajun seasoning, served over rice. Sime but effective!
sdandrea1 SWMBO made Porcupines. Meatballs with rice in them cooked in a pressure cooker. She spices them up with Rotel Tomatoes. Yum!

I told the Mrs. and Pay, I didn't remember the sweet butter. Pay told me it was cinnamon. 1st, I wasn't sure, but the more I e't, the more I liked. 🙂

Rickochet Subsonic Have you tried it? It is actually pretty good. Many times. That's how I knew it had cinnamon in it. I live 2 hours south of Cincy. I do like pasta in my chili.
sdandrea1 Rickochet Many times. That's how I knew it had cinnamon in it. I live 2 hours south of Cincy. Soooooo, if it makes you puke, why did you try it many times? Kinda begs the question.
Rickochet sdandrea1 Soooooo, if it makes you puke, why did you try it many times? Kinda begs the question. I didn't ask for it. I was served it by friends without knowing. I also "had" to try it at an annual chili festival our marina owner held every year and he always had a big cauldren of it over a wood fire. I had to take bowl full to be polite and pick at it until I could discreetly dump it.
