simonsez The front end of this site is mostly Javascript. So maybe you have that disabled? Although you were able to post ok.
A few people had trouble uploading images on windows/Edge browsers. Do you know what version of Safari you are using?
I'd try making sure you have the latest Safari version or use something like Chrome or Firefox to upload. Or you can post the image here and I'll update your profile for you.
