I will say this, but a club builder would need to chime in to say if it is feasible or would alter club performance significantly. If the bend is right at the hosel, you could conceivably straighten it, cut just enough off the tip so that the portion that was bent is now in the hosel and not in the region that flexes during the swing. Now the shaft should flex smoothly. Whether or not tipping the shaft that amount (1/2" maybe?) will significantly alter the response would probably depend on shaft characteristics (parallel tip?) and your swing (fast or slow transition), but I don't have the expertise to evaluate that approach.
