Do you wear sunscreen at all? If so, a few questions.
-Mineral or chemical?
-Do you only wear it only if you are going out into the sun during peak UV time, like golfing in the afternoon or going to the beach or pool?
-Or do you wear it anytime you are going to be outside for any length of time?
-Or do you wear it every single day, rain or shine, winter, spring, summer, fall?
I put it on every day of my life. I use chemical sunscreen. Has to have avobenzone at 3% or higher. Has to be at least 30 SPF. If playing golf, I generally use 50 or 70, and I wear sun sleeves on my arms.
I had my first basal cell carcinoma when I was 27 years old, which is pretty unusual. My father has had more than 100 basal cell carcinomas removed, and my little brother has had about 30-35. My uncle died in his 40s from melanoma. This is why I don't mess around with the sun.
