Tinker What on earth does the public want?
Public access to buying. Meaning, in person fittings or off the rack. Few companies, in golf, can sustain with 'internet only' buying, when it comes to sets of irons.
Hogan irons have always looked super and played that way. But, a person just wants to be able to touch/see them.
Then again, some companies can no longer get the components to stock store racks. Because they have not sold enough on the internet to be able to get the volume produced they would need. Shot themselves in both feet.
