Stu1961 I'd guess something like 12 or 13 (dating the picture in the late 1980s) - Woods is a little taller than Daly now, and the Daly in the photo looks very similar to the USPGA winner of 1991.
An aside - I watched some highlights of Daly's win in the 1991 USPGA as a break from the 4-hole Champions event on Monday afternoon. Daly looks very different now (obviously!), but his putting routine hasn't changed a bit - a couple of practice strokes, set up, quick look at the target, hit the putt.
